Mrs. Victoria started the Edith Douglas school a few year ago for orphan students when she realized no one would accept them in their own school. She now welcomes students from the low-middle class as the school fees are quite low. Even now, she told me she still supports a few students all by herself.
A few months ago, she asked for a loan in order to build a new classroom and get benches to improve her students’ comfort. When I visited the school, the loan had already been disbursed. The classroom had been built and was in use. I was able to observe students learn in this new classroom. They now enjoy much more comfortable conditions to study.
