❝YOU CAN HELP THE NEEDY THIS RAMADHAN❞
While Ramadhan is the time for Muslims to devote themselves to faith, the holy month also invites followers to be empathetic and lend a helping hand to the less fortunate.
From donating over 120 Ramadhan Ration Packs to needy families last year, we're returning this Ramadan to make a bigger and bolder difference, by planning to distribute over 150 Ramadhan Ration Packs to impoverished families.
While most of us would readily spend ₹2,000 on a fine dining experience, one ration pack worth ₹1,000 is the assurance that the underpreviliged will not go to bed without iftaar (evening meal for breaking fast), dinner, and will not fast without suhoor (pre-dawn meal) for an entire month.
The Qur`an states,
❝(The righteous are those) who feed the poor, the orphan and the captives for the love of God, saying: ‘We feed you for the sake of God alone; we seek from you neither reward nor thanks.'❞
― Chapter 76, verses 8-9
Detailed list of Ramadhan Ration Pack:
- 10 Kg Flour
- 5 kg Rice
- 2 kg Lentils
- 1 kg Chick Pea (Kala chana)
- 2 kg Sugar
- 2 ltrs. Cooking oil
- 1 bottle squash
- 1 packet date
- 1 packet Tea leaves
The price per pack would approximately be ₹ 1,000/-
Please help us achieve this in the blessed month of Ramadan.
