The Qur`an states,
❝(The righteous are those) who feed the poor, the orphan and the captives for the love of God, saying: ‘We feed you for the sake of God alone; we seek from you neither reward nor thanks.'❞

The Holy Month of Ramadan is coming and with extraordinary challenges encountered by many poor and needy families, the scarcity of food remains one of the major hurdles at the downward section of Muslim Community.
Ramadan is the time of giving and sharing, especially with those who are less fortunate. We are trying to help under privileged families with their basic food needs. During Ramadan, we're aiming, with your help, to provide a month’s ration to 60+ families.
From the past two years, in the holy month of Ramadhan, food for sehri (pre-dawn meal) and iftar (meal for breaking fast) is provided to the down trodden, disadvantaged and needy. Food packages comprising of flour, rice, lentils, chick pea (kala chana), sugar, cooking oil, squash, dates and tea leaves are packed in boxes and distributed to the needy.
This year, we have decided to distribute Ration packs to 60+ underprivileged families across Delhi and Lucknow.
