Sonali Pawar is a resident of a village named Karyagaon near Satara, Maharshtra. She stays with her parents and school-going brother and sister. Her father has retired from the army, her mother is a housewife. She couldn't get a loan from the bank as the amount was too small (Rs. 4500).
I spoke to her and asked how the loan had helped her. She told me about her course at Edubridge, where she got to learn English communication, her body language improved and she learned the basics of computers. Her parents will be very happy to see her stand on her own feet and be independent.
