It's been busy and exciting times here at Milaap. For starters, we're getting too big for our cosy office space in the leafy IIM-B campus. Our team's getting bigger and bigger - since Deepak joined us as a developer, we've also added on a web designer, a marketing manager and a young film-maker!
So what does that mean for Milaap?
For starters, it means we need MORE space! It also means we'll need to move out of the IIM-B campus (and miss the value-for-money canteen food!), so we're busy hunting for office space.
Since our new web-designer is on board, you'll see our website's getting a facelift.
If you follow us on FaceBook, you'll see our marketing manager has lost no time - he's gotten busy there, with several FB contests and a Diwali campaign. We're loving the responses.
And with a documentary film-maker on board, you'll see more videos, more stories from the field.
It also means Anoj and Sourabh, our two over-worked co-founders can finally go home and take a nap. Kidding! But yeah, it does mean they can focus more on bigger, better things.
Speaking of which, we're also adding on a new field partner. We're partnering with ONErgy to bring light into rural households in West Bengal. Yes, what could be a more apt project to kick-off this Diwali?
