Connect youth to government schools and slum learning centres for self-less giving and creating future positive change agents

Develop cultural and extracurricular talents of children, and provide them a platform to showcase it.

Motivate children to concentrate more on their studies and excel in their life.

Strengthen the feeling of voluntarism and selfless giving among college students and corporate volunteers who train these children for more than a month as per their respective competitions.

Navoudit is to bring together children from government schools and slum learning centers for inter-center cultural competitions and bring best out of them. It provides an opportunity for those kids who have never seen or participated in a cultural feast. They not only compete with one another but also learn by observing others; they also enjoy their day by making new friends, doing fun and seeing others performing.

For conducting such a mass event, and bringing all children and volunteers to one point we need funds. Here is the detail to the conduct of Navoudit

Participants of Navoudit –
1: Govt school students, slum area children and NGO partner's learning center.
2: Corporate and College Volunteer: For volunteering

Location-
1: Delhi-17th November 2019
2: Noida- 8th December 2019

Navoudit Planning: 14 different types of skill-based competitions like Science Model, Cooking with out Fire, Dance etc will be conducted for these children. College volunteers will visit govt school and slum centres. Provide them one-month training to prepare students to perform on the stage on the day of Navoudit.

Fund required :
The cost for 2 Navoudit (Delhi & Noida) for 2019-20 will be 15 lacs INR.

Fund will be Utilised:
1- Providing food: Breakfast and Lunch
2- Transportation:  We will be hiring buses from schools and private transporters in which maximum 50 children will be seated, We are taking assistance for transporting children only,  It will cost us Rs 6500 per 50 seater bus (including taxes)
3- Titles: This includes the cost incurred towards competition materials, stationary for conducting the events, venue cost, maintenance of the venue, tent cost and miscellaneous cost
