Shankar Choudhary, aged 17 years, belongs to a poor family. His father Sri Ranjeet Choudhary works as Purohit in a temple in Tihu Dist Nalbari  Assam. Shankar is Suffering from Parkinson's Disease and as per doctors of AIIMS New Delhihe requires treatment with "deep brain stimulation for his problem." AIIMS has given an estimate of Rs. 956080/- for this procedure only. They have managed some funds from well wishers and family but apporx 7.00 lakh is still short. Need help to raise this amount.
