The main objective of the month-long youth-driven initiative is to reach the people in need and provide them with basic necessities.
Keeping in mind the risks of this pandemic, we have decided that every person who will join us for this project will donate things at least to one person every day in their own locality by taking all the necessary precautions.
Here are the four causes that we have undertaken this year:
Health – We will be distributing masks, sanitizers, and gloves to the people in our localities, as we all know that it is the most important thing right now. We also going to donate first aid kits. A sanitization drive will be conducted in the area of NGO with whom we are collaborating.
Education – In this week, we will be donating notebooks, tiffin boxes, bottles, pencil kits, etc. We are also going to keep a drive for collecting old textbooks from students and donate it to the kids who need books but can't afford it. On this week's Saturday, as its Children's Day as well as Diwali, we will be having a special session with the kids of the NGO.
Hunger - We will cook extra meals at home for this week and donate it to the people in our area who are not able to get food. We will donate food items like rice, paratha, roti sabzi, etc. We will also provide them with milk and biscuits.
Safety – In this week, we will donate clothes, handkerchiefs, socks, sanitary napkins, diapers, and Good knight Coils to the people in need.
Every Saturday we plan to go to the NGO and spend time with the kids and teach them about the importance of the cause we have taken up that week. We have also planned to provide a one-time meal on all four Saturdays and as a Highlight of this Month-long Initiative, we will be donating a Laptop.
For the same, we urge you all to support us and join us in this Initiative.
