My name is Dilip Kumar Singh and I am here to 'Raise Funds' for my only son Rishabh's treatment,who is fighting with CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE - STAGE 5 ( LAST STAGE) and need to have kidney transplant for saving his life . Rishabh is a 19 year young child who is residing in Ranchi , Jharkhand. He was presently in B.Com ( 1st year) . He was a healthy and active child , and he was on his succesful path but unfortunately in 2016 his kidney failed and had to go for an kidney transplant ( First Time ) on 10th August'2016 at sir Gangaram hospital but after 2 years his transplanted Kidney got rejected and my son again came on dialysis and doctor have asked him for 2nd time Kidney Transplant. Now my son is on dialysis and his treatment is going on from CHRISTIAN MEDICAL COLLEGE, VELLORE and doctor have asked for kidney transplant urgently.
The further treatment cost will be around 11,50,000 lakhs .

Below I am attaching my son's medical diagnosis done at CHRISTIAN MEDICAL COLLEGE,VELLORE which contains details that my son's 1st transplant was done and that Kidney has now been rejected and now my son requires 2nd transplant which is life saving for him as he is very young and cannot continue dialysis for long time so transplant is needed urgently, all this details are written in this diagnosis report of CMC , VELLORE.
I am a Businessman and ours is a middle class family and we are doing all our best to make my beloved son back to normal,but our financial sources are limited and getting 11,50,000 lakhs is a huge amount for us because I have already done 1st transplant of my son in 2016 and that time I did the transplant from my own money but now as my son needs 2nd transplant but this time I am not financially capable to do 2nd transplant of my son .
