My name is Subhalaxmi Bhanja and I am here to raise funds for my brother in law Radhakanta Pattnaik who is 58 years old. Radhakanta Pattnaik lives in Khordha, Odisha with his wife & children. He is working as a private employee.

Radhakanta Pattnaik met with a road accident on 11th November and is suffering from multiple accidental injuries.

He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care at Ashwini Hospital, Cuttack, Odisha. Until now, we have spent about Rs.3,00,000.
