My name is Sanjiv Naresh a helping hand to my friend and here to raise funds for Piyush Pankaj who is 50 years old is suffering from COVID Induced Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), and is undergoing treatment of ECMO / LUNG transplant at Nanavati Super Specialty Hospital, Mumbai.
