Om Prakash Mohapatra, 37, has been on intensive care unit, from an unexpected cardiac arrest that he suffered at his home in Oakville, Ontario.

Om was born in Keonjhar, Odisha on 11th October 1984. After graduating from high school, Om went on to pursue Bachelors in Information Technology at the prestigious Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. He also completed his MBA at the Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. Om chased his passion for leadership and management, serving as a Senior Manager at Cognizant, Canada

Om has an aura of positivity around him. The simplest pleasures in life brings great joy to Om. He loves to spend evenings with friends and to travel to new places. Even though an ailing heart put him in this situation, his loving heart is a beacon of light for all of us.

His cheerful attitude and bright smile is being missed by his family, friends and co-workers. Let us pray for his well being
