Laxmi is trying hard to raise funds to pay hospital bills. Her father, Kanda Swamy Pandian who is 76 years old, has been suffering from multiple illness since last 1 year. He suffered brain stroke in June 2018 followed by hip bone fracture and Swine flu in October and November respectively. He is bed ridden since April 2019 when he suffered multiple spine fractures. He was admitted to hospital in late June due to low sodium level and chest congestion and discharged on 8th July but again admitted on 18th July 2019. He is on ventilator and condition is very critical as he has developed lung infection. Doctors have already given up.

Laxmi, only earning member of the family, is a teacher in a school. She has to support the family which comprise of father, mother and a younger sister who has speaking and hearing disabilities.

Because of continuous hospitalizations Laxmi is out of all savings. Medical bill is around 1.16 Lakhs and body will be released only after the payments of dues.
