THE SOLUTION
And here we are, a small group of 5 students who have undertaken this campaign in collaboration with Sachhi Saheli to contribute our part into achieving this aim.
Sachhi Saheli is a renowned NGO based out of New Delhi, with an aim to “Fight Taboos” and “Break Stigmas” surrounding menstruation and sexual and reproductive health by imparting accurate and appropriate knowledge concerning the same. With women empowerment being the core of its mission, the organisation has taken several effective and commendable initiatives over the years. Some of these include Menstrual Health and awareness day, Menstrual Cafe, Pad Yatra, Period Fest, among many others.
The focus of this campaign is to address the two important causes of poor menstrual health and hygiene management: Lack of awareness and Inadequacy of products required during the menstrual cycle. To this end, with your support, we aim to fund 2 useful and innovative resources Sachhi Saheli provides to underprivileged girls and women (for example, those living in slums) in different NCR cities.
The attached 2 slides provide more details about the same:

ABOUT US
We are a small group of grade 10 students from the Heritage Xperiential Learning School (HIXS), Gurgaon.
We have undertaken this campaign as part of a school project. Contrary to the popular myth, we strongly believe that menstruation in females is an integral and natural biological process. We are of the opinion that menstrual hygiene management is a practice that should be given utmost importance and should be pursued effectively. Considering how millions of girls in our nation and worldwide are unable to maintain their menstrual health and hygiene, we believe that this issue is extremely urgent and severe, and has yet not been given the attention it deserves.
Although, this project is currently at a very small scale, even helping a group of girls in a locality is worth the effort, and stands as a concrete step towards giving them the confidence and support they require to manage their period appropriately.
It is our heartfelt request to you to please help these women by funding our campaign. Even a small donation will do a world of good and can help them overcome the fear, embarrassment, and pain surrounding their menstrual cycle.
