My name is Vivek, I stay in Hyderabad, Telangana. I am here to raise funds for my neighbor Madhuri and her mother Lakshmi.
During my casual visit to the neighborhood, I found a woman who is so sick and bedridden then I enquired and found that the woman is living with her only daughter (14 years old) and the girl is the breadwinner of the family. Her husband left her when the girl was not even born somehow she could manage to earn living for the family until a chronic disease struck her.
All of her savings got drained for treatment but she is not cured. Doctors said there is no hope. The girl was so curious to learn but she has to work to feed herself and her mom. She has to do all the daily chores in the home as her mom cannot do anything. Moreover, they are living in a rented home. The girl used to work as a maid to earn.
Now she is working full-time in a garment shop as there is no chance to get online education. Once the school is opened she has to work again as a maid to balance her studies. I thought of helping but I am not independent financially so I thought I could help her at least in this way.
They even bought insecticide to kill themselves but somehow they could not. They are in agony.
