Swarna aged 33years has a complaint of abdominal distension. Her husband is a daily wage earner at a local hotel and they have 2 daughters and are economically poor.

• CT-SCAN REPORT: Large well defined abdomino pelvic cystic lesion measuring 25X23X15cms arising from pelvis and slightly towards right, with peripherally loculated loculations and suspicious solid component-likely Cystadenoma of Ovary.
• Bulky Uterus
• Surgery treatment-Staging Laparotomy
• Further treatment-Chemotherapy
• Adnexal Mass of 2.5kg has been identified and removed along with infected Uterus.

we need the funds and plan to use for treatment , medicine and healthy diet till end of october as the chemotherapy involves cycles with intervals.
