Hello everyone,
Jalaposhan is an non-profit citizen initiated organisation. We maintain and develop Jakkur lake. It was formed in 2015.
We recently won the National Water Mission Award 2019, Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti under the Promotion of citizen and  state action for conservation, augmentation and preservation.
We believe everyone is apart of Jalaposhan!
We believe in saving our natural environment

To continue striving together in this journey, we are celebrating this cause (our natural heritage) which is named as JAKKUR KERE(Lake) UTSAV

We will utilize these funds for celebrating our Lake. We have events during the fest focusing on the betterment of the lake. Community are urged to participate for these events and eventually be a part of this noble cause. We also use these funds to maintain the Lake and its surroundings.
