Hello, this is Shobhna Mishra and I am here to raise fund for My father who needs an urgent Liver Transplant.

My father Dilip Kumar Mishra is suffering from Decompensated Chronic Liver Disease (DCLD) since 8months. This is a health condition where liver cells die, not being able to support the body by its various important functions. Due to this disease My father is suffering from refractory ascites(lot of fluid in abdomen and around lungs). Because of this quality of his life reduced. 

My father is a non-alcoholic and non-smoker. After trying all medications when nothing worked to reduce his gross refractory ascites(fluid in abdomen), we were suggested liver transplant. However till we get the transplant done to eliminate his ascites he underwent a stent surgery TIPS. Instead f helping his body face the next episode of transplant, this TIPS procedure worsened his condition drastically. We have spent almost 15 lakhs till date for TIPS and also three times of hospitalization because of complications. 

He is now admitted in Apollo Hospitals Vizag with fluid in abdomen and around lungs. He keeps going to hepatic encephalopathy grade 1-3(condition where patient is drowsy, sleeping all the time an at times not responding to anything).

His condition is worsening day by day to the extent that he doesnot recognize his family or doesnot respond to anything atall. Any moment he may go into ventilator. Doctor says he needs a transplant as soon as possible. 

I expected after TIPS I will get few months time to be able to arrange the transplant amount. But things went wrong and i need a huge amount in a very short time. I request each one of you reading my story to donate and help me get my father out of this pain and trauma. I have attached the break estimation of the total expenditure of the transplant and other reports of father. Your timely help will really help me get my father stand by my side again.
