64 Years Old Dilip Kumar Mishra Needs Your Help Fight Liver Failure

My name is Shobhna and I am here to raise funds for my father Dilip Kumar Mishra who is 64 years old. Dilip Kumar Mishra lives in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh with his spouse & children. Dilip Kumar Mishra is suffering from Liver failure from a few months. The majority symptom that he had was refractory ascites(a lot of fluid in the abdomen and around lungs).

He underwent a stent surgery which was expected to help his refractory ascites. However, this surgery instead of improving his condition, is worsening his state. Because of post complications, he got hospitalized thrice in the last 2months. He got hepatic encephalopathy (a state where the person is drowsy, always sleeping, not recognizing family & friends, not responding to calls). He is currently admitted and yet to undergo a Liver Transplant. In the next 28 days, we need Rs.2,500,000.00 more for further treatment. His condition is worsening day by day, the only way to save him is an urgent transplant.

Please come forward to support my cause. Any contribution will be of immense help to make my father stand by my side again. Do contribute and share this campaign link with your friends and family.

Dear Supporters,

I thank everyone known or unknown who came forward to support my cause. Father was unconscious since 6 days. Luckily he regained consciousness.

Reason for his breathlessness is diagnosed as lung infection. He is being treated for the same. He should recover from lung infection in 7-10 days. My father is a non-alcoholic and non-smoker but unfortunately, not knowing the actual cause, he is suffering from liver failure and now lung infection.

Once he recovers from lung infection, doctors will plan his liver transplant. We are looking forward for a living or a cadaver donor liver transplant.

I heartily thank all the supporters and wish more supporters to join my cause. I wish, I will be updating positive status of my father's condition as and when I get time.
