Society is engaged in promoting education and social development and Upliftment of the people belonging to the lower income group, irrespective of sex, Creed, religion, caste, or class. DYWA takes several sincere steps to sensitize and Enlighten the masses towards the significance of education not only to equip the Underprivileged sections of society but also to provide them wings to unleash all their shackles.
Every child must have access to quality education as it develops essential skills to earn a living and make informed decisions. An educated individual is more capable of navigating through hard times and contributing to the growth of society in comparison to an individual who never received formal education.
We found out that lack of knowledge, resources, and finance, were the main factors in the dropout rate. In addition to that most of the students were dropping Out of school because they could not afford stationery/books. The basic necessity
Of a child.
Illiteracy can be a nightmare because many tragic consequences come from this, Such as grinding poverty, gender-based violence, sexual exploitation, and Increased rates of teen pregnancy and childhood mortality.Hence we started giving free stationery to the students. Initially to 22 students and Now we give stationary to 1000 on an average. The number is increasing with the Grace of god and our continued tireless work.
Whether it was carrying out surveys, hosting education camps, or guidance Sessions- dywa has done it alll.As a part of its customary practice, DYWA distributes full free course material, provides coaching and educational assistance, facilitates the students to opt for the best career option by providing career counseling sessions, and also provides constant motivation and encouragement to the children.
