Hi everyone.
I'm Chelsea Mahadev and I'm a twenty year old individual. I am creating this fundraiser to pay for my three months due rent, medicines, therapy for my major anxiety and panic disorder, and also to get some seed investment for opening up a small cafe/juice center in Arambol, Goa. I'm currently living in Morjim. I've been unemployed since December 2019. Due to some personal issues, in January 2020, I had to leave my family home to start a better life, instead I only dealt with more mental stress and financial problems. Even though I'm working on a part time basis ( as a freelancer, providing content writing services), whatever amount I earn is very minimal and I am only able to meet my food expenses and some of the medical expenses.
I'm in urgent need of financial funds so I can pay my dues and start a small juice center( you could call it a cafe) in North Goa to make a normal livelihood and stable lifestyle.
One of the reasons why I want to start this small scale business is to provide cheap and good food in Goa. Going through my seven months experience in living in Morjim, I realised that even though it's a perfect place to live, to find peace and connect with the nature, the food available here in every food restaurant or snacks center, apart from a very few counted exceptional eat-out places, is expensive in terms of prices and it's not even worth the taste.
To meet with my requirements, I at least need to raise 1.5 Lakhs to 2 Lakhs, so I can gain financial stability. I do not wish to go and work in any of the major cities due to its connection with my past experiences and trauma that only adds to my mental stress and spreads negativity around me. Please help me in creating a better life for myself and to achieve my goals.
