This is Thiru co-founder of Bodh Crossfit, a Unit of Bodh Lifestyles LLP. Due to the sudden lockdown announced by the government, our gym was made to remain shut for almost 6 months and since then has struggled to remain afloat. With us trying our best to pay the rent and salaries of all the employees without any source of income we saw all our savings melt away.

In our 5 years of existence we have transformed the lives of more than 1000 people and have come to be regarded as a place for people who want to be the best version of themselves. From teenagers to the elderly we have been able to uplift not only their physical self but most importantly their mind and soul. While waiting for the lockdown to lift we ran online workout platform keeping the athletes engaged while supporting the staff members.

After much difficulties we managed to reopen on 5th of October. We hoped to be on the course to revival but however since our box is housed in a commercial complex without much cross ventilation, athletes have been weary about joining the box because of the prevalent pandemic.

To reduce the risk of airborne infection, we have identified that if we install UV air filtration, which not only recycles but also disinfects air then athletes concerns could be taken care of.
Having said that, the aforesaid system comes at a price and at this point in time where we are all struggling to sustain the facility we seek the support of our community.
