TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN The patient by name Mr. B. NAGENDER, Age: 36 yrs., Male, Diagnosis with Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) with the patient by name Mr. B. NAGENDER, Age: 36 yrs., Male, Diagnosis CVA with SPASTIC QUADRIPARESIS WITH RECURRENT WITH LRTI. K/C/O SEIZURES WITH ACUTE FEBRILE ILLNESS PONTINE BLEED QUADRIPLEGIA, S/P TRACHEOSTOMY. He was admitted to BRISTLECONE HOSPITAL with 1IP NO: 16215. The doctors in BRISTLECONE HOSPITAL has advised the patient's attenders to shift the patient to the Neuro-Rehabilitation center for long term ICU care. Patient attendees approached our center for further care of 24/7 Intensive care and advanced physiotherapy. The charges for the above service are Rs. 12000/-day and it includes 24/7 Intensive care, Nursing care, Emergency Doctor and Diet for patient and physiotherapy. Ward charges should be around 5000/-day. Consumables, Specialist Doctor's Consultation, oxygen, Bipap support and other procedures including lab investigations will be charged extra. The primary doctor has advised for more than four months of rehab care needed for the recovery of the patient.
