My name is Anish Anand ,and    I am raising fund for my brother Ashwani Bharti who has been initially diagnosed with Covid-19 on 26th April and now is battling with Bilateral Lungs Fibrosis. Initially  CT value was 12/25. And he was admitted to “North Bengal Neuro Center Pvt. Ltd, Siliguri” on the same day. After  1 week, once again  HRCT test done and severity score increased to 25/25. Immediately he was shifted to ICU. Till Date, 25 lakhs has already been spent on his hospitalization and medication.
Infection is spreading , and now he is suffering from blood infection and has been shifted to “Healing Touch, Bhagalpur”. He is on oxygen , and the oxygen requirement is 6 litre/hour. Prescribed medicine and injection are very costly.Injections are “Baxalta Human Albumin” , each file costs 5000(requirement 20 files) and Mero 1 gm ,each file cost 685(requirement 30 files). In addition to hospital charges, scans, other tests and medication cost sums to 17,000 - 22,000 per day.
And currently he is in the ICU ward. Recently It is detected that his right lung is filled with air which has caused leakage in Lungs . This led to increase in infection throughout his body. Doctors are advising for a surgery.
Due to high hospitalization, medication and surgery cost, it is hard for us to collect the required amount. We as a family have done everything that we could have done to arrange the amount. But we are still in need of 10 Lakh for the continuation of his treatment.
