Anusha is in the final stage of heart failure and her every waking moment is filled with pain and misery. She has moved far from the stage where her parents consoling her makes her feel any better. She is unable to eat, sleep and even walk because of the constant pain and only a heart transplant will make her better.

Four years ago, 10-year-old Anusha was diagnosed with Cardiac Failure & Cardiomyopathy when she complained of chest pains and breathlessness. Cardiomyopathy is a heart disease that affects the heart muscles and if not treated with urgency can even lead to sudden cardiac death.

Now, Anusha has been advised by the Doctor to urgently undergo a heart transplant in order to recover.

Anusha's parents are ready to do anything to save their daughter but unfortunately are unable to afford the cost of her surgery due to financial constraints. Anusha has stopped going to school due to her condition and this has got her parents even more concerned.
