Neeraj is a 12-year old straight-A student who excels at academics and loves to talk to people. Lakshana is 6, and loves to dance and sing to her heart's content. Both these kids have a full beautiful life ahead of them.

Krishna Chaithanya, their father, is a humble man brought up in the most humble of households, and is responsible for raising two of the most beautiful and intelligent children you will ever see.

It was a normal day for Krishna as he headed to his new found job on the morning of 10th July 2018 in Bangalore and that’s when the disaster struck when he had a massive cardiac arrest and was admitted to the Cardiac Care Hospital called Narayana Hrudayalaya, Hosur where he was given the bad news that he needs a heart transplant immediately which as expected is immensely expensive.

Krishna has been through every kind of hardship under the sun, and despite that, has fostered a loving and nurturing home for his wife and two children. His dream has always been to provide a better future for his family. His immediate family and extended family have supported him to meet the expenses so far but given the nature of the expense it needs substantial amount of monies as indicated by the hospital
