I live near an industrial area where i see many women being engaged in hard labor. I plan to make them learn work on sewing machine and thread cutting which is a easier option and readily available in that area.And also the salary for those works are better.

Make women who are engaged in hard labor in the industrial area to learn some soft skill and make them employable in better working conditions.
