Pinku is a poor farmer from remote village Malda in Jharkhand survived by Mother, wife and 4 Childs, sole bread earner of the family and with no other source of income.

Medical Condition and disease: Disease identified during year 2015, he went to a doctor in Vellore for treatment and upon tests ,it turned out that both his kidneys had failed.

Treatment :The doctors have given him two options, either he lives  life on dialysis or gets a transplant. Dialysis will prevent him from working and having a normal life. The only way  to resume having a normal life is to get a transplant. He is seeking suitable doner to get this done, which seems not possible due to donor unavailability and bad financial conditions. Meanwhile, he needs dialysis on regular basis before the transplant took place.

Due to poor financial conditions ,all medical treatment are stopped and no dialysis performed since last 1.5 months and will continue if immediate financial support is not provided.
