Leadership For Equity (LFE) is born from a coming together of committed practitioners who acknowledge the complex, multi-faceted and multi-layered nature of social inequities. We work closely with our stakeholders to understand and find holistic solutions for some of these problems without over-simplifying them in a hurry to find a technical fix.

LFE is a Delivery and Consulting organisation that helps scale innovations in public education systems. Our approach is firmly rooted in the belief that public systems are by definition, the gatekeepers to equity and that sensitive and effective public systems will ensure that all children learn.
