But these micro and small enterprises are unable to automate their basic operational needs like billing, accounting, payroll, CRM, etc. They are still dependent on manual processes for these aspects.

Tech Solutions – a software firm based in Mumbai has developed an innovative and award winning mobile-app – “Len Den Khata” (Winner of Best App award from NASSCOM) for this segment.

The micro and small entrepreneurs either do not have enough real-estate space for PC’s, printers, barcode perepherals, etc or are not inclined to learn complex software packages for accounting and other needs.

Len Den Khata which is available in several regional languages is a simple and easy to use  office automation mobile-app helpful especially for micro and small enterprises.

Currently several hundreds of users are satisfactorily using the paid app. These include garment manufacturers, whole-sellers, traders in plywood, ceramics, jewelers, dairy and vegetable vendors.

The target users are not aware of online app stores, hence they need to be personally met, shown the demo so that they can install the app on their mobile handsets.

Does Len Den Khata need Internet to work on ?

No, it gets installed on the mobile-handset. The program as well as the data is on the handset.

What if the mobile is lost or formated ?
The user takes regular backup from the app and can store it safely on USB drive, email or on another mobile. In case the mobile is formated or lost then the backup can be restored.

No it is a paid app.
