My sister-in-law (who has always been a sister to me) is a wonderful human being, always carrying a smile on her face no matter how hard times are. She is the epitome of goodness, so kind, so giving and has always been a fighter. It has always amazed me to see how hard-working she is and the way she has always struggled through life without a single complaint. I can go on and on writing words of praises for her- that’s how wonderful a person she is.
The fear of pandemic was hard enough, and it was made harder by a heart-wrenching experience the family has been put through.
She recently had a brain-stroke and has been admitted to Apollo (Bhubaneswar), and is fighting for her life. She is undergoing Plasmapheresis (a method of removing blood plasma from the body by withdrawing blood, separating it into plasma and cells, and transfusing the cells back into the bloodstream. It is performed especially to remove antibodies in treating autoimmune conditions). This being a very expensive treatment, the family would really appreciate your emotional and financial support at this time.
Please donate whatever amount is convenient for you and if possible, ask more empathetic people to do the same.
Knowing these are difficult times, every help matters for her treatment to keep going and for the family and loved ones to be able to see her back on her feet again.
