3 years ago, Inderjeet Singh was leading a healthy and happy life. He was into fourth year of his marriage. He was blessed with a boy who turned one that year. His job prospects were also bright. He worked in the private sector on contract basis. This temporary job was about to get permanent on the basis of his performance. Then on one ill - fated night, everything changed.

He had an episode of heavy vomiting accompanied by fever. He was rushed to PGI Chandigarh, where doctors found out that his kidneys have shrunk. Ever since, his life has taken a downturn.

 

Inderjeet is being treated by Dr. Bhawna at PGI Chandigarh. He lives in Mohali along with his elder brother's family and father. His mother, unable to see her son in such conditions, passed away last month. Both his father and brother work as a carpenter on contract basis. After waiting for two years, his wife came forward last year to give one of her kidneys. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, doctors have not been able to carry out kidney transplant till date. Now he and his wife are currently undergoing some tests, on the basis of which the final date of operation will be decided.

I humbly request you to please help him in this dire situation. Any amount would go a long way in helping him get on his feet and live a healthy life again. Although he has applied for state financial assistance program, he hasn't received any funds yet. As soon as he gets something from that end, I will let you know.
