India-freedom 71year has passed all the important schemes of the government which are run for the benefits of the poor, All the important schemes not directly reaching the poor even after 71years. It remains a matter of serious and contemplation. Even today people have to face a lot of difficulties to avail government medical care. Sometimes the doctor does not have any medicines, sometimes it is not the same and the patient dies till death. In the year of 2016 death 8.67 lakh infant.
IIn the year of 2017 death has been 8.02 lakh infants.
According to the World Health Statistics report 2018 nearly 23 Crore people in India had to spend more than 10 percent of their income on treatment during 2007 to 2015. The number is even higher than the combined population of Britain, France and Germany. "Many people are still dying of diseases that are treatable and can be easily prevented" said Travis Edhamom Geberius Director General of the Health Organization in a release. Many people get entangled in poverty only because of spending their earning on treatment and many people are unable to find Health services. The WHO report mentioned that a total of 3.9 percent i.e, 5.1 Crore Indian. Spent more than a quarter of their domestic budgets on treatment, according to the report the doctor has a serve shortage of Doctor.
At present there is only one doctor on a population of 11,082 in the country. According to the World Health Organization fixed standards this ratio should be One per thousand individual. In this respect the ratio is 11 times less than the norms set, in state's like Jharkhand, Bihar picture is even more blurred. As a result of the shortage of doctors the imprint of the doctor is a chance to play the lives of the people. In the case of NGOs, the rural areas in the Health sector are very poor. There has been a huge increase in the number of high-rise doctors in these areas. 2016 figures show an intimidating picture, according to them One-third of the  people practicing as allopathic doctors in India do not have a medical degree. Which is why the mortality rate in rural areas is increasing. Due to the Rastriya Gramin Vikash Nigam (non government organization) Reg. No 1137/2013 registered under Indian trust act 1882. is working to reach out to the poor families through Free Medical Camp in the rural area of Bokaro, Dhanbad in the state Jharkhand.
1. All types of beginning diseases are provided medical treatment by the MBBS Physician through the camp.
2. Provides 50 percent of the medicines provided to the patients in the Medical camp.
Bread, Cloth and house are the basic necessities of the people. But it is equally important to keep healthy and maintain it and it is the need of the time to address the shortage of Doctor.
