 Bihar reels under Worst Flood
A Passionate Appeal for relief to flood victims

North Bihar is reeling under unprecedented floods with the number of affected people rising to over 10 millions. Lakhs of families are compelled to take shelter on roads in open sky without any amenities. They are in desperate need of relief supplies.  With death toll shooting up, there seems to be no visible light at the end of the tunnel anytime soon.
With that in view, the flood victims require urgent enormous assistance and support. JUH central, state and local units are on the ground, providing food materials to the affected people to their capacity. Our relief activists identified few requirements that need immediate addressing such as food items & dirking water. We are preparing thousands of raw food kits for urgent healing.
Food kits contain
  •  Rice:               4 KG
  • Pulse:              1 KG
  • Flour:               5KG
  • Gram:               1KG
  • Flattened rice : 5 KG
  • Food oil:          250 gm
  • Sugar:              1 KG
  • Tealeaves:    100gm
  • Salt :                one pack
(10)Biscuits:           2 packs
(11) Milk Powder: 500 GM
(12) Match box:     2 Q.
(13) Candles:         2Q.
(14)Dates:              250GM
Total:  18KG = Cost @ Approx. INR 700
The Enormity of requirements seeks help from philanthropists and well-wishers. Therefore, we urge upon all on humanitarian ground to extend their helping hand towards the flood victims in order to save human life.
With anticipation
Thanking you
