Uganesh Rajasegar is 11 years old and is residing in tamil nadu for treatment. Uganesh Rajasegar has been diagnosed with Muscular dystrophy . But he needs Physiotherapy and functional training program to fully recover. He is being treated at Mayopathy, Institute of muscular dystrophy and research centre.
