My name is Swathi and I am here to fundraise for a 3 year old child, Rithwik. I had seen a post on Facebook and inquired about him and am now raising funds for him on behalf of his mother, Mounika Marupatla.

Rithwik is suffering from ADHD and behavioral problems. Already they have spent 3 lac for his mothers treatment where she has gone through coma for 2 months. He needs treatment for minimum 6 months.
