Shampa has been diagonised with cancer in 2017 july. After a long treatment of surgery and chemotherapy (6 cycles) ; we thought the battle is over , unfortunatly we are  wrong. Cancer is recurred within 2 months after first round of chemotherapy. This time it is more aggressive and tumors are spreading rapidly ever than before. She is suffering a lot due to subacute intestinal obstruction and swallowen belly .There is little/no sign of improvement even after the second protocol of chemotherapy started by the physicians which costs 8 lakh. Doctor is  saying her body became chemotherapy resistant .Therefore, a functional profiling test could help to determine the right combination of drugs needed to fight Shampa’s cancer cells. But this testing facility is not available anywhere in India. We are in contacts with some cancer research institutes in USA to do the functional profiling of Shampa’s tumor cells to determine correct chemotherapy drugs needed. This require additional funds around  7 Lacs. Her family saving is already exhausted  for the treatment since 2017 .Other than 15 lakhs frequent hospitalization costs are incurred by her family.
