Challenge
Most of these children come from disadvantaged families where dreams are not just limited, but seldom achieved, and as an organization, we want to change that. Moreover, there is a dire need to provide personalized career counseling of sorts and mentor ship toward helping them with the various options they can avail of, given the current absence of the same.
Solution
Bearing in mind the children's likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, these summer camps' focus is to primarily encourage them to dream without limits through various entertaining activities and motivational sessions. In using illustrative and fun-filled methods in the provision of immediate (and long-term) career guidance and in the administration of personalized one-on-one mentor ship, we intend to address the need for the same.
In all our earlier initiatives children have participated all through with never ending enthusiasm and interest. They have made best use of the opportunities provided to them whether in academic skills, dramatics, nature, creativity, art, or science. They have exhibited exemplary performances after these many days interaction. And most of all they have had lots of fun while learning.
This has been a great motivation for us to go ahead and hold an extensice camp of this sort attempting to benefit as many children as we can from this program.
Objectives of our Summer Camp - Arivai Virivu Sei (அறிவை விரிவு செய் )

- Generate interest in various subjects other than the curriculum.

- Link communities with the schools with the community cum school level intervention.

Long-Term Impact
A) The main intention behind conducting camp is to design a curriculum plan for our Dream Clubs in the coming year for the children in meeting their life skills requirements in accordance with the results obtained.
B) We hope to provide a long-term mentor ship support system which will help the children pursue their future course of action in a focused and well-planned manner, and additionally also intend to help in the realization of their dreams by staying committed to their future growth and development.
