Fundraise for a Cause with Milaap : the Best Crowdfunding | Milaap

Hi All,

Thank you for the tremendous support you have shown towards Pranavi. When Pranavi was undergoing the treatment, the funds raised in this campaign were transferred to the hospital account.

Unfortunately, Pranavi passed away before the transplant and some funds were utilized. We received the refund from the hospital. We decided to create a memorial fund in Pranavi's name that will support those who need funds for their urgent medical treatment. We hope and believe that Pranavi lives on through them.

Sharing the list of beneficiaries where the funds have been mapped as Pranavi's Memorial Fund:-

1. https://milaap.org/fundraisers/support-priyanka-7 ( Rs 500,000 )
Priyanka is an 8 year-old girl who has a failing liver and needs an urgent liver transplant. Her father is a daily wage painter and her mother is a maid. The family is in a lot of debt to afford her treatment. Both of Priyanka's parents are fighting to save their little girl.

2. https://milaap.org/fundraisers/support-jhansi  ( Rs 350,000 )
Jhansi, a 3 year old baby girl who has been diganosed with leukemia and needs to undergo chemotherapy. Her father Sreekanth had to mortgage his 2 acres of land to start her chemotherapy. Her parents have brought her from Kurnool to Bangalore to undergo her treatment.

3. https://milaap.org/fundraisers/support-shrihaan-kambli ( Rs 500,000)
Shrihaan, a 2.5 year-old baby boy residing in Mumbai. He has been diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia (which is a blood disorder) and needs a bone marrow transplant to recover. A suitable donor has been found and with your help, Shrihaan will undergo the urgent treatment he needs.

4. https://milaap.org/fundraisers/support-ritika-pradhan ( Rs 400,000)
5 year-old Ritika hails from Odisha. She is receiving treatment for a brain tumour. Her mother Sunita Pradhan is fundraising for her treatment.

5. https://milaap.org/fundraisers/support-v-uma-devi ( Rs 385,000)
Venkata is fundraising to help his friend's mother. Uma Devi is a widowed pensioner who lost her husband and a daughter in the last few years. After a botched knee replacement, she has been battling multiple infections. Currently she has been advised by her doctors to undergo a surgery.

Thank you, everyone, once again. It's because of you all that we are now able to help so many other people in need.

Dear Supporters,

Baby Pranavi could not make it. We thought that she will get well soon and will be back to normal but we are so unfortunate. We are deeply saddened, may her soul rest in peace.

We thank you for all your support. We used some of the funds to pay the medical bills.

The remaining funds can be used for other campaigns who are in desperate need of money.

Thanks a lot for all your support and prayers.

As you might have noticed, we have stopped the campaign as there are sufficient funds for now to go ahead with the treatment process. Thanks a lot for your donation and wishes.

Baby is still undergoing the tests (53+) with the doctors and various departments at Apollo. Most of them are completed but in few areas doctors have recommended additional tests based on the initial results.
As part of the process, she needs to get an NOC from all the departments of the Apollo to get a green light before entering the Jeevandhan donor seeking register.  This process will be done through the doctors & hospital. Due to complexity with the baby condition there are many more tests in addition which are currently in progress.
Once again thanks a lot for your prayers and support.
