Jayesh is one of the Founders of Sony Entertainment Television, a major television network launched in collaboration with Sony Japan. He is a board member of Shemaroo Entertainment (media & entertainment), One Animation (animation & special effects) and eBus (TV commercial digital distribution).
Jayesh is on the Investment Committee of Aavishkaar India II Fund, which is a social impact fund. Jayesh served on the Board of United Way International for 6 years, and was on the Board of SONG, a fund owned by Soros, Omidyar Network and Google, which invests in SMEs in India that meet social objectives. Jayesh also serves as an mentor and advisor to Dasra, Hub Singapore, Seva Café, Gramshree amongst others.
Jayesh is an active angel investor with investments in various Venture Capital Funds in Silicon Valley and start-up enterprises across the broad technology and media space. He is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD, a TiE Charter Member, a TiE Angel and a member of Intellecap Impact Investing Network
Saurabh Nanavati is currently the CEO of Invesco Asset Management Company (India) Ltd. which currently manages / advises over USD 3.75 Billion (Rs. 24,000 crores) of client assets invested in India.
Saurabh has over 18 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, uniquely spread across a range of leadership responsibilities – Investments, Sales and General Management – in the Indian and Global markets. His previous roles include being the Chief Investment Officer with HDFC Standard Life Insurance, Business Manager for Deutsche Asset Management for their Asia ex-Japan region based out of Singapore, Head of Institutional Sales for Deutsche Asset Management (India) besides stints with Reuters and HSBC India. He is also a Director on the Board of Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI).
Saurabh holds an Electronics Engineering degree and is an MBA in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Dave Richards is an experienced entrepreneur, executive and global early-stage investor. He has been an early investor in microfinance and other emerging market sector businesses serving BoP (low-income) populations. Dave has been involved with the Unitus Group since 2005, helping to lead efforts to select and invest in BoP entrepreneurs in many developing countries. He led the Unitus Labs incubator for 2 years including the successful research and spinout of both Unitus Impact (venture investments to create BoP livelihoods) and Unitus Seed Fund. Dave also oversaw Unitus Investment Management, the General Partner of Unitus Equity Fund (microfinance venture fund), was a board member of Unitus Capital (Bangalore-based investment bank for BoP sectors) and on the investment committee for Unitus Impact.
Previously, Dave developed multiple high-growth technology businesses at RealNetworks, Sybase and Symantec from startup to multiple hundred million dollar global enterprises. He also is a partner with Social Venture Partners Seattle and leads the Social Innovation Fast Pitch startup angel fund. Dave received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
