Geeta and her husband are saving to educate their kids

Geeta and her husband have small happy family living in Savasuddi village of Karnataka. Both of them work on the farm to meet end needs. Geeta wanted to make sure she has additional income coming in the home to cover educational expenses of kids as well as medical emergencies. She has 2 daughters and a son, all three of them go to school in the village. Geeta decided to take a loan from MASS to purchase goats. A goat is usually sold at 8-10 thousand depending upon the size. She started rearing goats along with working on a farm. Geeta also bought good quality fodder for the goats. She has sold 3 goats till now and has 2 goats in her home. The loan has ensured that her children will have proper education and she will have savings for the future.
