Biswanath is a student who also does business

Biswanath was at college when we visited his house. He studies at a private college in Basirhat. His mother Trishna came to talk to us. She was able to understand Hindi, so it became little convenient for me to talk. She had learned Hindi as she is from Musirabad. She has 2 more sons who are working, married and stays separate.

Biswanath is in 3rd year of his B.A. His loan loan was used to buy a cycle, books and to cover his fees. He is taking tuition for 3-4 subjects. He comes at around 9 pm after his tuition and studies till 2 am mostly according to his mother. He is interested in playing cricket and is good at studies. Along with studies he does garam masala business, which he picked up from his father as he is also in the same business. But Biswanath does the business independently. He brings the bulk raw materials from the wholesale market and supplies in the local shops. He earns around Rs 3000 from the masala business. He is not a talkative person and has less friends said his mother. His mother was not sure about his future but was supportive of him.
