The Accident Left Him Severely Injured
"My son Sajith left for work at 9:30 with his friend on a bike. And at 10 I received a call from my son’s phone. He Needs A 5.25 Lakhs Surgery, We Cannot Pay That
In the days and weeks that followed, our lives became a routine of hospital visits and consultations. At first, doctors told us that Sajith would recover, or that they couldn’t help him at their facility. So we moved from one hospital to another, each time hoping for a better diagnosis until finally, we were informed that Sajith needed a constructive surgery that would cost 5.25 lakhs.
We Tried Our Best But His Situation Is Getting Dire
This amount was far beyond what we could afford. Sajith used to work at a mutton shop in Dharmapuri, while I worked in a cloth shop to be able to put food on our table. I had to quit my job to take care of my son, and Sajith's mother, a housewife, now spends every moment looking after him. Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to raise the necessary money. The surgery has been delayed, and with each passing day his situation gets more critical.
He Is Only 18 But Suffering So Much
"It tears my heart to see my son in such pain. He cannot see out of one eye, and his face, neck, and head hurt all the time. He often cries out, unable to bear the pain. His mother helps him with everything, even the simplest tasks like using the washroom. We cannot bear to see him suffer like this any longer. Sajith is just 18, he has his whole life ahead of him, filled with dreams and hopes. But if we cannot get him treated in time, he will lose everything he has ever wished for." - Sajith's Father
We Might Lose Our Home And His Dreams
"Our financial situation is desperate. We have no income and haven’t been able to pay rent for the last three months. We have been given an eviction notice and a warning to move out soon as possible. Sajith dreams of building a big home for us one day, but now, he might not even have a home to return to. My wife is inconsolable, praying to Allah for a miracle. I feel utterly helpless as a father, unable to provide the support and care my son so desperately needs." - Sajith's Father
