Story

'X-PRESSIONS' is an annual Inter-school Talent Competition, organized by the Rotaract Club of Deonar. Currently entering its 27th year, this event witnesses a participation of about 3000 students, both primary and secondary sections from over 100 schools from the eastern suburbs of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. X-pressions is a festival in its own right where young talent is given a platform to shine and is keenly awaited by the school kids and their parents alike.

The USP of the event is a registration of only  ₹ 10 taken from the students for Participation certificate, Participation badges, Refreshments, Winning certificates and medals. The registration fee has been constant for 27 years.

X-pressions will be held at Adarsh Vidyalaya, Shell Colony, Chembur, Mumbai on the 21st and 22nd of January 2017.

I intend to raise funds which would be used for the following:
  • Venue Setup
  • Stage and Sound
  • Drawing material and other stationery items
  • Trophies, medals, winning and participation certificates
  • Posters, banners and other print material
  • Refreshments

(Rotaract is a worldwide organization for the age group of 16 to 30, spread over 108 countries with the motto of self-development through service and fellowship under the guidance of Rotary Club.
