Dear sir,Topic: seeking help to bear the expenses of the medical management hospital of MR.UDAY SHETTIGAR S/O LATE SHRIDHAR SHETTIGAR who died in cardiac problem.MR Uday shettigar was working in an aluminium fabrication and was the only source of income for his family that includes himself, his mother YAMUNA and sister Manisha.he has completed ITI IN 2011.he started working for an aluminium fabrication.in the year 2013. he had afall from height of around 10 feet during his work routine which caused senile spinal cord injury making him unable to stand on his own feet he was taken to nearby hospital and was advised to undergo surgery.but unfortunately through the doctors tried their level best. the operation become unsuccessful and he remains paralyzed in the lower half of the body however the situation is intact
MR. Uday Shettigar is bed ridden since 5 years and his mother is striving hold by beedi rolling which fetches then around 3000rs\- per month as she has to be around her son  for even his winary and fecal distarge it is impossible for her to work outdoors.
The operation coasted 1.5 laks following a one year expenses of a surgeon which estimates around 2laks the monthly medical aid required is rs 10000/-per month presently he is under ayurvedic course of medication.
There is a humble appeal for medical assistance to make it easier or possible to overcome his illness.because as long as there is humanity there will be human beings
