My name is Sarah Hakimuddin Sadikot, me and my husband are here to raise funds for our daughter Zahra who is 4 years old. She lives in Surat, Gujarat with us.

She is suffering from Biliary Atresia since Birth. She had undergone an operation (Kasai surgery) when she was 2 months old but that was partially successful and doctors had informed us that she will need a liver transplant in future. As per doctors she now requires liver transplant, and this tranplant surgery will be done at Rela Institute, Chennai. 

Until now, we've spent about Rs. 15,00,000 in last 4 years. We've managed this amount from our savings. 

In the next few days, we need Rs.25,00,000.00 more for Live donor Liver Transplant surgery. 20 lakhs for transplant surgery and additional 5 lakhs for Post transplant medicines.
