    Vishal Kamal

    from Bettiah, Bihar

Vishal Kamal (41 years) from Bettiah, Bihar, is battling 4th Stage Cancer and any donation from you no matter how small will make a difference in his life.

He was diagnosed with Pseudomyxoma Peritonei, Abdominal Cancer, on 21st January 2022 at AIIMS Hospital. He was referred there after having undergone multiple treatments for abdominal pain (and bloating of stomach with ascitic fluid) since the previous 7 months. He is currently undergoing treatment at the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, with Dr. Ashwin De'souza, GI Oncology Surgery.

He has chances of survival through Physio Reductive Surgery scheduled this Friday, 25th February 2022. A teacher by profession at St. Stephens Academy, Bihar, he is the sole bread winner of the family and supports his parents, wife and daughter. He would be grateful for your contribution to funding his cancer treatment.

Overall expense that Vishal would have to bear is Rs. 4 lakhs. The surgery costs Rs. 2 lakhs and Rs. 1 lakh for post-surgery treatment, and expenses for residing in Mumbai for continued check-ups. And another 1 lakh for ICU and hospital beds, tests, and medications.
