Sometimes words can't express what we go through. Two years back, precisely on Oct 2nd, My father got liver transplanted. It was a fight of three years to make it happen. Arranging Money, finding organ and making everything possible was not less than moving a mountain. We, as a family, decided not to leave any chance and get it sorted. With all the well-wishers' support, god blessings, we were lucky to get it sorted. Post-transplant is very imp, and a lot of care has to be taken, and life long medication has to be made. We were prepared for the worse and taken a decision not to leave any stones unturned. Luckily there were some infection related problems but nothing major.

On Oct 13th, 2019, Dad was reading a newspaper to my mother while she was preparing breakfast. It was like any other day. While he was reading the newspaper, suddenly he got brain seizers and fell off the chair. My mother was quick to wake my brother and me up, and we took him to Hospital, which is near to our house in an Ambulance.

He was on the ventilator for almost 7 days, MRI says brain got swelling and undergone 6 times dialysis. His kidneys & lungs got infected. We were in shock on how come this all of a sudden. He was on proper diet, he is taking care of medicines properly, everything was okay. But he still has to go through this. Doctors were clueless about why it happened, and they started taking measurements to cure the issues.
I never thought we would go through the same phase again. 2 days back Doctors finally mentioned that one of the reasons for his infections and brain seizures might be because of high dose medication, especially 'Tacrolimus' intake from two years. It was suggested by doctors, and we are right on prescription, but it happened. I thought things would go calm in a week, but it hasn't got stopped in a week. He will surely recover is what doctors suggested and made a suggestion to prepare for Kidney transplant in next 6 to 12 months, which we weren't prepared for. The only option which is left for us is to go for crowdsourcing. Your penny should surely make a difference in our life. Thanks in advance!
