Save water Save Farmers
விவசாய்களோடு நாமும் - ஏரி தூர் வாருதல் We are working for rejuvenation & reconstruction of a lake located @ bodhamalai foot hills with the help of local farmers & namma bodhamalai trust
to restore groundwater level & harvest the rainwater. There is a huge amount of rainwater getting wasted every year rainy seasons.
But in summer farmers facing severe water problems for their daily needs such as drinking water & for cattle.
30 years back we had a different story, on that time we access the groundwater level with in50 feet throughout the year, but right now the groundwater level decreased below 1000 ft.
Around 200+ farmers were working on this project and putting their financial support to do this work but it is not sufficient to fulfill the work.
So please kindly give your contribution to save our farmers life.

Actual work : Three check dams and one lake which is size of two football ground's
Estimated workdays : 30 days
Manpower will be deployed: 20+ skilled manpower which comes around 50K
Machineries expenses 20,000 * 30 days => 6 lacks
Other purchase ( cement, etc) 50k

எங்கள் பகுதியில் விவசாயம் மழையை நம்பி உள்ளது. மேலும் நீர் நிலைகள் தூர்வாரி பராமரிக்கப்படாததால் நிலத்தடி நீர் மட்டம் 1000 அடிக்கு கீழ் சென்றுவிட்டது.
விவசாயிகள் குடிநீர் மற்றும் கால்நடைகளுக்கு கூட நீர் இன்றி விவசாயிகளின் வாழ்வதாரம் கேள்விக்குறிக்கு ஆளாகி உள்ளது .
இந்நிலையில் எங்கள் ஊரில் உள்ள போதமலை அடிவாரத்தில் அமைந்துள்ள கசிவு நீர் குட்டை 🌳🌳பராமரித்தல், தூர் வாருதல் மற்றும் விரிவாக்க பணிகள் நம்ம போதமலை அறக்கட்டளை மற்றும் விவசாயிகள் பங்களிப்புடன் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. இதன் மூலம் சுமார் 10 கிமீ அளவில் சுற்றுவட்டார பகுதிகளில் நிலத்தடி நீர்மட்டம் உயரும், மேலும் 1000 மேற்பட்ட விவசாயிகள் மற்றும் பொதுமக்கள் பயன்பெறுவார்கள்.
