Hi, I am here to raise funds for Utpal Dutta who is 40 years old. We both live in the same neighborhood. I've known Utpal Dutta for the past 4 -5 years.Utpal Dutta is a cab driver. Utpal Dutta lives in Kolkata, West Bengal with his spouse & children. He is the sole bread earner for his family.
